This helps us avoid overproduction and waste.

Dispatch timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are clearly shown at checkout.
We believe in transparent pricing — no surprises.

Returns & Replacements

When we can help

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

When returns are not accepted

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

We recommend checking the Size Guide carefully before placing an order.

How to request a replacement or refund

Please write to us at support@earthysoul.in within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Our team will review and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

A small note

Minor variations in colour or print texture may occur due to the made-to-order process and screen differences.
This is normal and not considered a defect.
